Lessons:
Willem -Jan gives dressage lessons at different locations. He teaches his students in a positive and interactive way, and devotes a lot of attention to the basic work. After that Willem -Jan starts with the training, which finally results in a higher level of education.
The final goal is a supple and rideable horse, which can develop without barriers in his body into a "Happy Athlete".
Thanks to a special EVS-project at NHB Deurne, Willem -Jan has completed the coaching qualifications at level 4. This project was created for riders, which are internationally successful and want to continue to develop as a coach. Together with i.e. Piet Raijmakers sr., Ellen van de berg and other famous riders Willem-Jan has completed this project successfully. This training is comparable to the Orun phases 1, 2 and 3.
In addition to this well renowned training, Willem -Jan participates at courses for 'coaching of riding students'.
Furthermore, he participated in all courses of the foundation "Aequor" and also completed a very exclusive "coaching" training as a NLP specialist, which concentrates on the communication and coaching of people.
Willem-Jan also owns an international coaching certificate level 4 and is registered as an official trainer worldwide.
Willem-Jan is not only a well-educated coach but also an official jury member of the KNHS and he often judges dressage classes.

The costs for training are:
50, - Euro incl. VAT for one hour individual training per person
45, - Euro incl. VAT for 45 minutes individual training per person
40, - Euro incl. VAT for 30 minutes individual training per person
During Willem-Jan Piggen lessons one must have a cap. Lessons that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, will be charged.
Clinics: Willem-Jan regularly organizes clinics in the Netherlands and in Belgium. The program of the clinics is variable, but usually he rides one of his show horses and comments and explains the training via a wireless headset.
To combine theory and practice is the motto of Willem- Jan’s clinics. Furthermore, he gives demonstration lessons for members of riding clubs or stables during the clinic.
Willem -Jan regularly invites international trainers and riders as a guest coach to his clinics. Some of these clinics are mentioned below.
